Plug an extension cord into the

Bring the cord into the boat and attach it to a breaker then a GFI box and then to a 240v- 120v transformer which supplies 120v output.
Connect the transformer's 120v output to the boat's shorepower connection.
No other changes needed, unless you have a 120v item onboard which is sensitive to the 50/60 cycle issue.
