Gerry,
I am not sure what you are asking by "has the cabin hood material been removed?" If you are asking about the cabin liner, yes it was removed. The
hardware that was attached to the
deck was all properly drilled and filled and backed. The liner could be replaced as original, or (what I would do) is to attach strips with
epoxy and then secure something like bead board to cover it. The liner is not finished, but has been painted and is not much of a distraction the way it is (leaving it open allows easier
maintenance in the future.
THere is no 'listing notice' as there is no
broker involved. If you are bringing a
broker to the table expect to pay his commission as the asking
price does not include any slush for a third party.
There is no survey, but the boat is certainly available if you would like to arrange one. The nice thing about a Flicka is that there are not many places for things to be 'hidden' that would require a
surveyor to ferret out. The boat is in excellent shape, and considering the
equipment upgrades are worth the asking
price it would be pretty tough to go wrong... but if a survey is required by your insurer by all means do it.
The "condition of the bowsprit wood" is sound. The boat is mostly
cruise ready (of course the
mast would have to be re-stepped) and minor things like the
VHF and
depth sounder re-installed.... if you have checked the price of many Flicka's you will find this price is more in line with an
outboard equipped boat... certainly not a boat with a new inboard and as many upgrades as this boat has.
Feel free to PM me for contact info or to arrange to see the boat.
