Opencpn.lib & plugins

Hello,

I tried to compile the dasboard-tactics.pi plugin from its build/source code.
I usually do a "lite" build to get the dll which I then replace. Faster for me and it works perfectly.
After several searches, I downloaded an opencpn.lib file that seemed recent to me.

However, after compiling the plugin well, I get a slightly smaller dll which, once copied/pasted, does not work.

Three possibilities:
- the opencpn.lib file is not good;
- the build of the dasboard-tactics.pi plugin does not match the one downloaded in beta via the OCN installer (v.1.6.18);
- both at the same time.

Hence my questions :
1. Where can I find the latest opencpn.lib file that works with OpenCPN 5.7++ ??
2. Where can i find the source code of dashboard-tactics.pi 1.6.18 plugin ??
