Open CPN 400 error

Hi,



I bought Dave register Open CPN for my Android Samsoung Galaxi Tab A tablet, since the free version doesn't work with Android. I already had bought a chart for the Rideau Canal / Ottawa River for my PC and wanted to use the same chart on my tablet since I'm aloud two downloads.



When I click on to Open CPN on my tablket then the adjustable wrench then charts, then Fugawi charts. I refresh the list of my charts. No problem getting to the charts with my e-mail and password. I click on my CHS RM-CEN08 Rideau Canal - Ottawa River. then I click on activate then I say yes to the statement that This action will permanentely assign this chart to my terminal. I get the following message : Message de ofc_pi , Erreur du serveur Fugawi: (400), adresse mail ou mot de passe invalide, WHY? I brought this up to Fugawi and X-Traverser Support and they coul not figure it out and they suggest that I come to this forum for answer from Open CPN directly sol here I am. Can someone please help me as I already purchase Open CPN Dave register version and the charts, Thank you very much in advance for your help, I'm hoping :-(

As you may know the Fugawi shop is closed since late 2018. But if you've available chart set(s) it would be possible to use until they have expired or Dec 31 2019. Check the actual status at "Account" -> "My Products" when you're logged in to fugawi.com.
If you've charts to use in "one more device" it should be possible to connect it to your Android.
I just made a test on an Android and it worked as it should.

So: Please check if you've available charts on Fugawi.com
Be sure to use the same user and password on your Android as on the web site.
The error "400" use to be some "could not connect to the site". Please check your internet connection on the Android.

I tryed again, no problem logging in and getteing to my chart but when I click activate, I keep getting that 400 errorFugawi server error, Invakide e-mail or password, eventhough I log in no problem. It also says that I can download it to one more device. This is Driving me insane.

Do you have perhaps some special characters in your username or password like accents or similar?
Another option: in the configuration file of OpenCPN search in the [PlugIns/ofc_pi] section for the credentials and delete the lines. You will be prompted then for the actual ones when trying to connect again.
