I have been unable to view the landmark / ATON information (probably not the correct technical term) when I tried to view the information. About a week ago (it's December and I'm not navigating a boat anywhere) I could click on an ATON and view its information -- description of its properties like color and frequency of flashes, whether it was Private, height, these are from memory. Today when I tried it, I get no information. Windows 11, Dell 7220 tablet with keyboard. The only thing I changed was I thought I had some duplicate files in a folder I didn't want on Google drive. But OpenCPN doesn't appear to be pointing there anyway. I scanned, rebuilt and prepared the charts in the folder to which OpenCPN is pointing. Any recommendations?

If you haven't accidentally deleted files needed for the ENC chart set be sure to use "Vector Chart Display" like on my picture AND use "Display Category" - All.

Thanks, Hakan. My Settings - Vector Chart Display looks a little different. I don't have the left side box with check offs and the box on the right side for chart detail is mostly grayed-out.
However, I now notice that I can right click near an object and the object information pops up. I was pretty sure I could just left double - click before. Maybe I'm just getting platform confused, since that's the way it works on my Android tablet! If that's it, I apologize.

Works fine on my Android tablet. My settings look different on the Windows 11 tablet but the right click and select Object Query worked.
Today, though, it's 11:15 local time and OpenCPN has (1) changed to night mode and (2) changed from Nautical Miles to Kilometers.
Might be time to backup my waypoints and routes and start fresh. Wish I knew why.
