AIS targets not showing on Opencpn for Android on Samsung Galaxy Tab A

We have recently installed a quark-elec QK-A034 wifi multiplexer, and have been able to see AIS targets in Opencpn on my laptop running Windows 10 via WiFi. However, I do not see the ais targets in Opencpn on my Galaxy Tab A (SM-T510). I have attached a picture of the NMEA debug window (I wasn't able to copy the whole sentences. Don't know how on the tablet.). But all sentences start with (Virtual. I see the same sentences before and after updating Opencpn to v. 5.2.2. I currently have Android v. 10 on the tablet. I am using a Simrad NAIS 500 AIS transceiver. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

Tracy...
Search the NMEA debug window, looking for $AIVDO messages. Compare to NMEA debug window on the W10 laptop.

Any $AIVDO messages on either machine?

Good Luck

$xxLOR is not a standard NMEA0183/IEC61162-1 sentence.
The "P" from the talker ID shows that this is a private sentence of the system or chip set maker.

Just checked the tablet, and no, there are no $AIVDO sentences. All sentences start with (Virtual and then most are $PGLOR with a few $GNGSA, $QZGSA, and $GPRMC. Looks like some of the sentences are updating info, rather than a continual additional of new sentences. I'll check on the laptop later and report.

Just checked the laptop. No $AIVDO sentences, but rather $AIVDM sentences.

Tracy...
How are you connecting to the Wifi Hotspot with Android? Same as W10 laptop?
Screenshot of connections parameters would be good.

Yes, I am using the exact same IP info. TCP 192.168.1.100. Port 2000 Priority 1. Control checksum. Receive input on this port.
