Problem with Multi-Page Charts

Has anyone had trouble with multi-page RNC charts, for instance NOAA Chart No. 12352 Shinnecock Bay to East Rockaway Inlet or No. 13229 South Coast of Cape Cod and Buzzards Bay? These charts are in the same directory and group as my other RNC charts but don't seem to be loading so I can't scale in for the detail I'd like. All my other RNC charts work fine. Suggestions? No, both these charts seem to be converted to the corresponding sets of KAP files just fine here. You can try the following:

- Check you have the up to date undamaged charts
- Do a forced full rebuild of the chart database
- Look into your logfile if there are any problems with these charts reported
