Transducer with my E series Raymerine MFD

Hello, I have an E-series MFD. My transducer fell off and i presume that the only compatible transom transducer is P58. (Is this correct?) Now, I have a dilemma from the cross-reference. I think only OEM part A102138 (Aimar 31-714-1-01) is the one that is compatible.

But I also embarked on 31-714-1-03 which is not in the cross-reference list. So, what is the difference and is it compatible?

Any other advice and info would be appreciated
