my dry marina is good example, i talk with owner. he say last couple year in oct-nov we have 100+ operation for buyer dry surver,cleaning bottom and preparing yacht to go over atlantic to usa. also lot usa citizen keep boat here in MED. this year 0 usa customer for buying. couple usa flagged yacht is for sale.
i see couple usa flag buyed in greece and 2 from turkey.
1/ dont trust survey greece/turkey croatia

but couple boat normal price is sold quickly for example
