Cap'n Software Upload to Furuno Chartplotter

Need help in uploading my routes generated by Cap'n Software to my
Furuno GD-1700C Chartplotter.

I have a Furuno Serial cable connected to my PC.

From Furuno Data Port #3 to PC.

As usual Furuno says their equipment is fine its a problem with Cap'n Software.

Cap'n says their software is fine its a problem with Furuno equipment.

Any suggestions?

Who did you talk to at Furuno? Tech support in Washington State or a dealer? Furuno has flat out told me that only their chart software will work with their hardware. But who knows, perhaps there is a hack?
