Re: Anchor Poll
My primary is a CQR but it doesn't work well in all conditions, so my secondary is a Fortress.

Where did you find the straight shank?

Manson supreme 45 lb for my 42' 30,000+ lb boat. Anchoring all the time in varied conditions. In soft mud it needs a short bit of time to dig down. In thick weeds it won't get through. Otherwise, solid thru 180 tide changes & 40 knot breezes on 5:1 or less scope.
45 lb CQR is for sale, considering Delta as replacement. Danforth HT on the stern rail as spare.

Not sure what brand it is, but the line was tied off in an interesting way when my boat arrived in Nebraska. Lol
