Morgan 46 461 Sloop rigging / pre-purchase inspection question

I am going to look at an abandoned morgan 46 (461) sloop next week.
Can you guys familiar with the 461 or morgans in general please give me bullet-points on what to look for?

Can one of you morgan 461 sloop owner here please measure the diameter of the standing rig and the fore and aft-stay?
I'll do the rigging myself, I just would like to be able to calculate cost.

I am not sure about the mast arrangement, how to check bolts and foot and what to look for?

What to look for at the chain-plates, and where?

the mainsail is torn from the last hurricane and needs to be replaced.

the sheets look like they all need to be replaced from a photo that I found online.

What about blistering on those hulls or other imperfections?
where to look for leakage from the deck and fittings, are there any secret trays behind the walls that can be checked for water content?
The hull is said to be 5-6cm solid fibreglass, no core? she seems to be build like a tank?

I am NOT looking for "get a professional survey" answers please.
Thanks

supposedly just to the mainsail which was flapping around.
again supposedly she was sitting in port and nothing else happened.

I found this photo which was not taken by myself nor the seller.
But this is recent

They are prone to blistering, if you don't take it out of the water it is difficult to evaluate.

Rigging, you can use sta lock terminals and save some money, are you going to change the rigging with the mast up ? better to lower it and look at everything, easier, you can also measure cables to calculate the price of the rigging.
Mast step is another thing to look at, corrosion isues.

Outboard chainplates are easy to inspect, look for rust, discoloration and cracks.

If you want to know if water is coming in from the deck, the best thing to do on a grey, rainy day is to go inside with flashlight in hand and look for leaks.

One area where the Morgans are famous is for the hull to deck joint.

the sellers photos

that is clearly not the condition today judging by the other recent photo above.
She has been neglected and then abandoned.

We looked carefully at the Henry Sheel designed 461. The steering is hydraulic (at least on the one we test sailed).

Read that as NUMB-- no feedback. If you are a sailor at heart, may not be your cup of tea.

Disclaimer-- we were looking to up-size from a Pacific Seacraft Crealock 37'.

Other than that, lots of positives about the boat.
