I think that the $3,000 DIY cost can be far less if you are not in need of replacing the toggles and turnbuckles. If you're purpose is to replace shrouds with hairline cracks on the swage fittings or the replacement of the shrounds due to age concerns, you might not need a replacement of other
hardware. The use of a pentration dye followed by a light
