Lobster/Crab/Shrimp traps - aaaaargh!

A safe to power patch-all buoys vertical due to use of sinking rope & no tidal current or wind.

Note the blue-green sinking rope from buoy. It goes down 10 fa or so & is spliced to orange floating rope-well below prop depth.
AS you can see,lobstermen are quite busy & do not want to snarl other gear,or splice gear,as it wastes time.
They will try to haul 15-20 of these trawls in 10hrs or less of winter daylight.
