NYC July 4th Macy's Fireworks
Does anyone have experience as a mariner/spectator? I have Experience navigating east river/ Hell Gate/current/etc

Regs seem pretty straightforward. I'm curious if anyone has some tips or pointers aside from 'you must be freaking crazy'. Cuz thats already been proven, more than once.
