Best 4th of July Fireworks - Cheasapeake Bay

Does any one know where the best place to see 4th of July Fireworks from the water around Baltimore or Annapolis ? I am going to be chartering a FP Orana and would like to anchor / dock where we could watch the fireworks from our boat... any locals out there ?

Not sure about that area but I lived near the D.C. area a bit and I would assume that the best fireworks would be in D.C. Would you want to cruise towards that area.. Not that far I guess..

Every one I know that went to DC said they would never do so again. To many boats to much drinking and a completely mad rush to be the first out.
