1970 Morgan 54 hull and deck for sale-Centerboard model. Purchased new from the Morgan Yacht plant in St. Petersburg, Florida back in 1970 and was never completed.
The prototype for this was the Morgan 54 ocean racer RAGE
designed/built by Charley Morgan.
Centerboard model: draft with centerboard up: 5.67'.... draft with board down: 12.5'
Ballast: Keel contains 17,000 pounds lead.... Centerboard: 800 pounds of bronze.

Was transported from St. Petersburg, FL. to Duluth, MN after fabrication in 1970. The hull and deck have been stored inside for the last forty plus years
coming out into the sunshine just last year for the first time. The original intent was to create a world class cruising sailboat for a life of cruising around the world
but that never transpired. Photos of the hull currently and back during the original transporting of the hull back in 1971 attached.

Complete ketch rig aluminum mast set (new-never used)
Sail set for ketch rig. (new-never used)
Perkins 4-107 marine diesel engine never used 1970's vintage - running condition.
Hundestad variable pitch bronze feathering propeller rig (new-never used)

Assorted anchors, winches, galley stove, etc.
Above can be purchased with the Morgan 54 hull (for additional $8000) for a total of $20,000 for hull and rigging items.

Oh....truly this one breaks my heart. So sorry for the loss of your dream. Hope you got some sailing in on other boats along the way. What a gorgeous boat. Somewhere a craftsman will take it on.

What a beautiful vessel!
I spent 4 years restoring a wooden 45-footer (successfully) but I don't think I'd start over again ))
