1970 Morgan 54 hull and deck for sale-Centerboard model. Purchased new from the Morgan Yacht plant in St. Petersburg, Florida back in 1970 and was never completed.
The prototype for this was the Morgan 54 ocean
racer RAGE
designed/built by Charley Morgan.

Keel contains 17,000 pounds lead.... Centerboard: 800 pounds of
bronze.

Was transported from St. Petersburg, FL. to Duluth, MN after fabrication in 1970. The
hull and
deck have been stored inside for the last forty plus years
coming out into the sunshine just last year for the first time. The original intent was to create a world class
cruising sailboat for a life of cruising around the world
but that never transpired. Photos of the hull currently and back during the original transporting of the hull back in 1971 attached.
