Boat yards Florida West Coast

Does anyone know of a boat yard on Florida's west coast that will allow the boat owner to paint the bottom and sides of his boat?
It used to be common for the boat owner to do this project, but I am running into difficulty finding a yard that will allow it.
My 44 ft ketch is in the St. Petersburg, Fl.

Have you check with Salt Creek Boat Works in downtown St. Pete. I have hauled there a couple times and both times they let me do my own painting. It has been a few years, though, since I last hauled out there.
