I bought the cheap Chicago DA buffer at Harbor freight. 3m Imperial was amazing, 14 months and my hull still has that nice glow to it.

I had the same kind of problem with the 4000 plus model. After two days of looking through the manual to fix it properly, it came to me to just unplug the wire from the little blue buzzer.

My plan was to enjoy cruising untill it got to warm sleep on the boat. Then find a nice hurricane hole marina to leave the boat and fly back to Ft. Lauderdale for July and August. The way things are...

Found one in the city of Beaufort south Carolina and thats it. You would think that moorings would be popular with 6 and 7 ft tides. Three years ago passing through I stayed in slips most nights...

True, the owner of the boat that hit mine had insurance but the guy refused to tell anyone who the insurance company was. It took 5 day's but with the help of the marina we got the name.

Insurance For Mooring Fields!!!

Just received an email from Dinner Key Marina in Miami. After hurricane Irma they are the first to require $300,000.00 in liability insurance to be in the mooring field.

Good or bad we all knew...

We leave the boat on a mooring for $350 a month. The $19 a foot rate is for yearly leases. The rate doubles without the lease.

Biscayne bay is the place to sail. I live in Tamarac and keep my boat all summer at Dinner Key in the Grove. A smaller boat can be easily sailed on the northern part of the bay up by 79th street...

Google the town of Homestead, it's between Miami and Key Largo on Biscayne bay. Herbert Hoover and Black Point marina are right there on the south end of the bay close to your best jump off...
