    Hi James, I have a CT 41 and I find myself stuck between a rock and a hard place. She was seized by the Florida Coast Guard over 20 years ago and I acquired her last year. She needs a lot of work and I am not sure it's worth it or I should piece her out. Maybe I am just venting...thanks for listening. Lou

    James, Thanks for your post about Rodney's Birthday Party in the Hello From Guam forum. I was stationed at the Commsta form '76 to '79, and was at that party in '78. That was my first experience with sashimi. Years later a lady wrote in the Humor In Uniform feature in Reader's Digest about the quaint way directions were given there and she mentioned the Rodney's Birthday Party sign which I want to believe was on Midpac Dr. Thanks for the memory. I hope to retire there someday

    That was one of the reasons for choosing it. We also liked quality of hull, electrical, interior, attention to detail, and ability to spec what we want. So far we're pleased with the builder, though there are delays... Look forward to sailing it during the delivery!

    I love working on my boat, I’ve spent a couple months each summer since 2005 working on the refit of my 1978 CT48 in Lebanon. Pretty much finished in 2010 and started taking her out again. We live between Yemen and Leb. where we are raising our two wonderful daughters.
