Great, that goes in my log/cookbook called "the kitchen of the wild". My brother came last week back from France and brought 150 grams of fresh Truffle with him. My sister has a trained truffledog and knows where to find them. Truffle is worth about 1500 Euro/kg. We make truffled olive-oil.

Janet, The Chicken Soup study was done in 1978 by Marvin Sackner, M.D at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach.
