Good morning

Christmas Eve day, rainy and wet here. My husband, sausalitosailor (John) 52 and I, 45 are planning to leave in two months with our dude Hadrian 13 and dog Joey 11.

John is the Master sailor. I’ve sailed a lot in the bay and in canada growing up on a lake. I really know nothing anymore that I can remember. I’m hoping it will come back to me. We will be sailing on a catamaran if the deal goes through.
So many questions... most for me on the homeschooling, budget for food. Provisions. I will ask these in the separate proper forums.

I’m so excited and yet scared to leave it all behind for freedom and new adventures. I’m looking forward to meeting other families and gals who are living the life that I want.
