Greetings from Alabama

Hello everyone. I'm a 31yr old teacher from Alabama. I am pleased to have discovered such a thorough site with forums. The abundance of information is a little overwhelming however as I am new at this. Well, thanks again and if anyone has time please respond to my other thread. War Eagle.......

Hi, Can we call you T for short? Welcome to the forum. Are you from LA or the other part?

Go Gators.

Hi T

Know Smiths. Went to HS in Columbus GA. Since you are from that neck of the woods I guess you have a right to be an Auburn fan.

I will completely forgive your allegiance if you can answer one question. I have never understood how Auburn can be a tiger and a war eagle at the same time. So how come you guys get to have two mascots while the rest of us only get one?

That's cool. I've always worked in Columbus. I also graduated from Columbus State. We are also members at St. Paul (Lakebottom).

As for the AU ?....easy enough...

Tigers are the nickname
War Eagle is the battle cry we say.
It's like Alabama
their they are the Crimson Tide,
They have an Elephant as a mascot
