Congratulations and much happiness with the new to you boat. My Tayana is a 1989 and in great shape so you 1995 is still a spring chicken, but yes we've all got a lot of work ahead of us. Happy sailing.

What a nice dream to have come true.

The Privilege 42 was my dream boat back in 1997, and really made a strong impression on me then, making me appreciate a cat as a cruising boat.

Have fun on your new boat and on CF too.

I encourage you to fill out the Profile "About" page here on CF, add some photos of your boat when you can (search YouTube for a helpful video that makes it easy to post photos), and check out the various subgroups or social groups here on CF too, especially the one that is comprised of female sailors.
