southern lats: I cruise barefoot at anchor. Something to protect the toes ashore or when saiing in weather... probably just an old set of sperrys, or some other light weight slip on with better grip.

my birkies just died a long miserable horrible death and i need another pair....halp!!!! no i wont wear heels nor heeled flippers--cannot walk in em--but they are good for mating ......

Im still wearing a pair of Mexican Truck Tread sandals from 1970! LOL I don't think the leather wil ever wear out ! and the soles are good for my lifetime ! I also have a pair of Canvas Deck shoes for dress up !! Now we wont talk about Connies shoe Store !! It mostly takes up the forward closet in all the boats we have owned! LOL
