Vancouver, BC. Usually not a snowy place at Christmas, but this year the entire country is having a white Christmas for the first time in 50 years. Global warming is having a weak moment...

Sunny San Carlos Sonora Desert Mexico. Came here to look at a boat and fell in love with the town and area and bought a house and a boat. These pics are from a Christmas season past as the boat is in the yard for now on a refit. Normally anchored right in front of the house......

You, John? Gee, um, no, sorry...! We already have an "adopted" son--Doug, the UPS guy, spent so much time in our driveway back in Virginia, that I offered to adopt him.

You can send Melanie, though!

As you can see from the look on his face, Oliver would prefer to be down south rather than enjoying this alleged winter wonderland.

Sunspot Baby is tied to the wall along the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL. She will spend Christmas day here and then head south to Key Biscayne to wait for a weather window for a Gulf Stream to the Bahamas.

Merry Christmas to all.

pirate Christmas time again

Wished everyone was here to just see this wonderful morning. Looking out over the marina everything is quiet, Almost like the story the nite befor christmas. The sun is dancing on the calm peacful water, nothing is moving except for a fish eating a bug that lit on the surface too long. Its one of those Kodak moments when you look into the foto and say Gosh I wished I were there. So for all of you poor people in 2 metres of snow. We are here for you. We got your back. We got your sails and whatever else we can pinch off your boat befor you return ,,,,,,, Naww just kidding mates. We will just borrow it for a season or three.
Merry Christmas and may everyone be blessed this holiday season and into the next year.
Cheers
