Need Guidance

Good day everyone, We purchased a CSY 44 last year in the Caribbean and had to leave it down there. Have a question for the more experienced out there. Would it be better to get the boat back to Florida for a refit or St. Maarten. I've heard that St Maarten is the best place for boat work in the Caribbean, not sure where in St. Maarten though. I'm looking to update the batteries, power distribution system, some interior wood work as well as some cosmetic things (want to put a hard top bimini), and reconfigure lines to the cockpit to single hand. Help
