I am looking at replacing my inoperable Atomic 4 with a ~20HP diesel
I have found a fair deal on a Bukh
DV 20 NR with transmission
, and am considering this driveline for my repower
. By all accounts it is a simple to maintain and reliable to operate engine
, that is uncommonly heavy... but NOWHERE, not even in it's own manual, does it state HOW HEAVY the damned thing is!
I know the A4 weighs 310lbs, and am hoping a diesel
with half as many cylinders won't weigh TOO much more!
I would also like to know what its physical dimensions are. It is going into my '74 Cal 29
, which has plenty of room to work on the A4 from every side and angle
I am assuming a diesel with half as many cylinders will be even smaller
