looking for a slip for cat in pensacola area

Hi all .my marina in burnt store Marina has decided to double my slip fee for a cat.. soooo I am going to move my 40' leopard to pan handle of florida .
Any cat owners out there that can make recommendations .
My beam is 24' my length is 40' and my mast height is 62'

Suggest you look at Shell Point in Crawfordville about 6 miles west of St Marks. This is a sailing/boating community 30 miles south of Tallahasse and has a one third vacant marina. It has hosted a number of cats. Also consider Carrabelle further west but there you have to contend with river current and it is more remote than Shell Point car wise. Also check the historical stats on hurricane strikes by county when making your decision. Good luck.
