i would like to see a monohull sailing foil with 4 permanent in the water foils while the boat is underway !
built for cruising not speed records
safe fast reliable comfortable is there any such a craft if so link me the correct heading please .

There isn't and not only that what cruiser could find a top notch crew to sail the thing. Actually several crews if you were sailing over night and not just a couple hour race.

But there are awesome boats that you can get capable of cruising Round the World fast with minimal crew.

A Class 40 would be an awesome boat to have and sail.
