Re: World Cruiser for sale

Had run into a guy on the docks in brookings Oergon on one of our trips back from the San Juans.. came running down the dock to help us ty up.. when i got off our boat, he kept saying How pretty she was and after my thanks to him,
He said, Yep, sure is purdy, your boat and 8 sheets of plywood and I'd have a new home.. and as he walked back to his boat, I noticed, he was serious as his power boat had a big plywood room built on the rear of it.

If he sells it, it will probably go to someone who likes butter.

I think this really deserves to be in "nautical oddities."

There are a couple of production boats that come close to being as weird but make great condos.

Re: World Cruiser for sale

Personally, I think it is a perfectly reasonably boat as advertised. The price might be a bit much but that is not unheard of for any boat owner. I see no reason to give this guy any grief over his ad or his boat. We all love our boats and I am willing to bet that some who are being critical have ugly (though pedigreed) boats... John

John,

Maybe you should put that picture in one of your books...as a warning!
