Yup - take a pass on this one. Plenty more boats out there. Unfortunately, it can cost money to not buy them.

With those kind of problems to start with maybe its time to back away. I would suspect that the engine is not aligned properly and the mounts are loose. The rudder on the other hand is a big expense.
At $55K, you can do better.
