From where to where may help, South Fl. will be different than way up North.
What we did on our first trip was to have food
that you can cook, but also have enough sandwich food etc that doesn't require cooking
in case weather
doesn't play, I wasn't going to ask the wife to try to cook in 6' seas.
Three days you should be able to do without pretty much everything if you forget something. If I were going out again, I'd bring warmer clothes, I underestimated how cold it can get at 2am once the dew sets. Plan on being able to run at night, even if that's not the plan. No plan survives contact with the enemy
gear">foul weather gear, even a Walmart raincoat is better than nothing, I brought hunting Goretex camouflage, may have looked silly, but it kept me warm and dry.
If down South, bring sunscreen and a good hat and sunglasses, long sleeve shirt too.
