By the year 2023 global climate will become similar to the colder temperatures experienced during the 1800s.

A good assessment! The Gulf and East Coast seasons are only bad if you're at 3 o'clock from where the eye hits.

El Nino followed by La Nina. Nothing to do with gravity.

BTW - Spencer is forecasting continued lukewarming. Warming to 2100: A Lukewarmer Scenario « Roy Spencer, PhD

true nothing to do with gravity it has everything to do with sunspots as does all of the weather on the planet

Sure

Global Warming -- Research Issues

BTW - we are probably starting to bore people.

BTW - did you read Dilley's theory? It is all gravity.

Quote:
New findings released in the peer reviewed book "Global Warming -- Global Cooling, Natural Cause Found", meteorologist and climate researcher David Dilley utilizes nearly a half million years of data linking long term gravitational cycles of the moon as the cause for the present global warming, rises in carbon dioxide levels, and for 2200 global warming cycles during the past half million years.

I will pm you links to more current research than 2008 just to not derail this thread anymore than we already have.

Who ever thinks there are more Polar Bears than ever before is buried up to his butt upside-down in snow. There is now, for the first recorded time, evidence that Polar Bears have mated with other types of bears as they can no longer get out on the ice and away from the southern habitat.

Re: The hurricane prediction is for the strongest in 70 years

It does not matter whether one identifies them as hurricanes or cyclones or whether they are cat 1 or 5 or whether the prediction is for none or ten for the season, if you keep a boat in an area prone to these events your damage minimization precautions are the same for any of the events.

really well this seems to disagree with your opinions
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polar_bear
And here is the pertinent part of the multi page documentation

Warnings about the future of the polar bear are often contrasted with the fact that worldwide population estimates have increased over the past 50 years and are relatively stable today.[199][200] Some estimates of the global population are around 5,000 to 10,000 in the early 1970s;[201] other estimates were 20,000 to 40,000 during the 1980s.[46][60] Current estimates put the global population at between 20,000 and 25,000[40] or 22,000 and 31,000.[1]

but what that has to do with tropical cyclones ( by whatever name they call them) I just don't seem to see
