re: May 2015 Giveaway: OceanPlanet Batteries

I would go for the CP-140 140W Solbian solar panel on top of the bimini to replace the two 85W rigid panels that are on top of my davits.

Definitely the Firefly batteries: Firefly Oasis Battery - Carbon Foam AGM

And some flexible solar panels: High Power Flexible Solar Panels from Solbian for boats, yachts, marine

The hydro generator looks pretty cool to...but I am not cruising the kind of distances I think these were meant for...

The Firefly Oasis seems like a good option, I'd love to give a couple of them a try.

Phillippi System Monitor

would be a great monitoring tool, and something I'm already considering. Would be nice to have a new battery bank to go along with it!

re: May 2015 Giveaway: OceanPlanet Batteries

At some point I'll have to replace the Gel batteries on our boat. These Firefly Oasis Battery – Carbon foam AGM – Group 31 could fit in nicely.

I sure like the idea of a number of flexible Solar Panels with built in MPPT controller:

to charge up my AGM Battery that will handle my tendency over use power? Cool!
