Tracker 7: Fedora Testing & Information needed.

We would like to be able to close these items. To that end we seek ohter Fedora users experience and advice with v4.2.
--
Unconfirmed and Non-responsive post (OP- Ken):
FS#1981 : 64 bit "Fedora 23" OpenCPN crashes w/ SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault during chart init
Please advise if others have experienced this problem.
Dominig kindly provided a solution and download link which may have changed. In tracker v4.2.0 stable.
For Fedora 23 try
Index of /repositories/home:/dominig:/opencpn-sandbox/Fedora_23/i686
If no one responds, I suggest closing this.

Unconfirmed and non-responsive (Ken -OP)
In Tracker v4.1.x beta
FS#1901 : Won't build on 64 bit Fedora 23 : chart1.cpp.o: relocation R_X86_64_32 against `_ZN5MyApp13sm_eventT
If no one responds, I suggest closing this.
======
There is this other odd Tracker item about OpenSUS and a big effort Dominig made to provide download for that. However Dominig is not available. Does anyone know the correct URL so that Pavel can make this correction to our download page?

FS#1777 : In Download page OpenSUSE icon points toward old releases

We do need the correct URL!

-----------
I also note that the User Manual link does not really work either and needs correcting.
http://opencpn.org/ocpn/Start_install-fedora

Your help in closing these items would be appreciated.

Re: Tracker 7: Fedora Testing & Information needed.

There is another Dominig directory here, also with plugins, some of it says SUSE
Index of /repositories/home:/dominig:/opencpn-sandbox/Fedora_23/x86_64

I don't know enough about this to determine what is appropriate.

Rick...

No simple solution here. Installation recipe in the Task did not work for me on a VBox of FC23.

Lets keep the task, marked "Researching", until we know more.
