OpenSourceBooth@boot2019

(good) News from one of the world's premier boat shows (Duesseldorf, Germany):
In case there is unbooked space at end of November, the fair is willing to provide an open-source-booth for free!
This boat show is rather long lasting, we need staff for 9 days! Who likes to participate?

Hope to see you next January, Dirk

Dirk, This looks like a real happening! Lots of good folks are going to the be there. Wish I could be. Hope OpenCPN has good representation though! Maybe Hubert and Renata will send an OpenCPN flag to you for the show! What a great opportunity.

You can drop me a mail here from forum or directly at o-charts.org.
We have seen the announcement at the German Segeln-Forum as well.

Usually not that inviting weather in Duesseldorf in January....

Maybe better than Lilleström in Mars and certainly better than Gothenburg in January. The more south the better. Any show case would also be indoors I suppose??

Re: OpenSourceBooth@boot2019

The last time I visited the BOOT at DUS was 2012 and it was snowing and raining.
Lillestrom was better. Even at -15C. And sunny.

And yes, it is all indoors.
