Where those pins need to go is rather dependent on which map projection you are using, but whichever is used, you will simply need to sail north as far as possible, then a degree of longtitude east and west, and that should cover both points.
On the most common map with
Alaska at the extreme left hand side, you'd need to sail into the Chukchi Sea and round to barrow, then, if you get a visa, the other way into the Arctic Ocean atop
Russia.
Alternately, using the map projection with
Alaska in the midle, the top corners are in the North Atlantic, around Svalbard amd Franz Joseph Land.
Make sure you pack your
winter woolies, even in summer, the only time it's feasible to sail there.
