The winner of the 1999 (I think) George Town Regatta Pet Parade had a wig just like that. He was a dachshund. His pet human had one too.

I thought that as well, (just a slight correction- Cook neither invented nor discovered Australia, as my indigenous mates say - it wasnt lost - it was here all the time. )
