DIY yards in south florida

Looking for recommendations on DIY yards in south Florida. need to redo bottom paint. I am aware of Green Cove Springs and Indiantown, both great yards.

Any other DIY yards much further south that anyone recommends?

Prefer west coast Florida as it is closer.

Re: DIY yards in south florida

Indiantown is 1,000/month in the work yard (storage cheaper) crackerboy in riveria is awesome but 1200 a month, all diy but no more liveaboards in the yard... they just changed the rules...if its just a quick haul for bottom paint maybe abaco yacht services on green turtle cay in the bahamas, its a first class small yard and storage is in the range of 300 or 400 a month whilw you work..

https://www.bellehatcheemarina.com/rates

$18.00/day for two people If you come in to stay and work on your boat or stay aboard the work yard rate applies not the dry storage rate 1 car or pickup no motorhomes
(includes 24 hour access to boat, non potable water, 110 electric)
$15.00 one time charge per tarp
$50.00/month for each A/C
Extra person $5.00/day
re-blocking $100.00
Stand move $50.00
Bring your own ladder
Rent or bring your own tarps
Workyard rates are for space alloted to your actual boat there will be an extra charge exceeding your alloted space ie: tents etc.

Playboy Marine in Ft. Lauderdale just east of Hollywood/Ft.Lauderdale Intl Airport, Marina Road Boat Yard, on the New River in Ft. Lauderdale, or Hurricane Cove on the Miami River is very good as well..Indiantown Marina is excellent on the St Lucy waterway as is Glades Boat Storage on the Caloosahatchee river. Glades Boat Storage - Location - map to Glades Boat Storage near Lake Okeechobee

Glades Boat Storage, Work yard is $18.00 a day, great place to work on your boat, plus good and knowledgeable people. It's in Moore Haven on the Okeechobee waterway.

Re: DIY yards in south florida

Bellehatchee is practically in LaBelle and thus you don't need a car to get groceries. There is also a good Ace hdw in town as well as two or three automotive stores and car rental places. Interesting yard. Now under new management as kind old Wayne passed away. Pity that.

The yard had limited entry draft of maybe five feet when we were there and at that time haulout was by tractor. Best check with them.

Indian town as far as I know requires having a car as does Glades. Glades is often full but all my info is from a couple of years back
