‘Router’. Do not do this. Disaster looms as the tool will dig and tear across the deck. Use a Fein Multitool with the tool made especially for teak deck grooves. I would not make them deeper.... |

It’s a turning block for ANY jib. Line goes from the winch to turning block to fairlead car on the jib track to the sail tack. This keeps the jib sheet more manageable and running along the track.... |

That valve probably has a 1/4 inch NPT port plug on the side between the two ball seals. Remove the plug and screw in a grease fitting to lubricate. If the handle and stem turn but the ball does... |

Clean, de grease the rubber. Apply black 3M 5200 to the rubber Apply a polyethylene dry cleaner film over the metal hatch lip, NO WRINKLES! Close the hatch. Let the 5200 cure. Pull the film off. |
