Deck Light Out

I've got a Bavaria 46, deck light is not working and when button is pressed on panel, it blinks. Does anyone know if that indicates it's the bulb, or something else?

There is a check valve that comes off the macerator.

I'm going to pull it apart and look for a name or number.

Might just clean it and add a separate in line.
