Depending of what has been replaced on a 20 year old boat. But in general Catanas are a bit more complex to maintain compared to a more basic catamaran. More expensive also since she’s a powerful...

Catanas in general are not light boats but have big sail areas to perform in light airs. Within 4-8kn TWS I will sail at 0.7-0.9x TWS on my C47, depending on angle and sail plan.

When going to windward 38-50° AWA:
boat speed 0-5kn, both boards 100% down.
boat speed 5-7kn, both boards 75% down.

As a side note, my transverse cabins are not paralell to the hulls but perpendicular, feets toward the mast.
