I recently installed a new Nanni diesel in my Irwin Citation 34 and am very pleased. Due to the Kabota base,, this engine is an equal to Beta but at a much better price.

Check the A/C condensate drain and pan, the water could be backing up into the drain pan then overflowing into the bilge.

Sounds to me like battery bank is weak, works when charge system is powered up but not enough voltage without charger. Check batteries.

Take the thermostat out and look at it, there will be a mark showing the opening temperature, if still in question put the thermostat in a pot with a cooking thermometer and watch the temperature...
