Hi Charlotte,

I don't know if you remember me, but we met at the park. My name is Monique -- I am a friend of Ula's. My husband and I have a 41 foot Morgan Out Island -- we have a 3.5 year old son, Sacha, who was born and raised on the boat for most of his life. We are currently living aboard at the Hyatt is Mission Bay for the summer and my husband wanted to invite you and your family over before your grand adventure. They have great waterslides here and the drinks are stiff. Feel free to give me a ring if you would like to get together. 408.910.4900. My husband, Steve, owns his own boat business, so if you guys need any help or want to pick his brain before you take off, we would be happy to help. We will be heading to Two Harbors for about 2 weeks in mid-August and are contemplating heading to Mexico next year. My husband will be on the Ha Ha this year with some friends as a practice run. Anyway, we would love to get together and will enjoy following your adventures.

Biography

On one of the very first dates with my husband he told me he was going to sail around the world in case I may want to come. Who could turn down such an adventurous idea? (Plus he had really big biceps.)

10 months after that date we bought a boat together and have been living in our floating home ever since.

We are now crossing the South Pacific with our three year old and one year old.
