I just received my copy of a new
cookbook and this is an unsolicited testimonial. I do not know the author or publisher. It's 100 Best Canned
Fish & Seafood
Recipes, published by Robert Rose in Toronto. Cover
price is $24.95 but Amazon will surely have it for less. My praise extends to canned seafood itself, which almost invariably has a longer shelf life than other canned foods including meats and poultry and is a major part of my
provisioning plan. Some of these
recipes are a bit fussy for the
galley but if you ever needed new ideas for what to do with canned salmon, tuna, smoked oysters, ad inf. this is a winner.
