Re: Most efficient way to boil water on a boat

Some members have been discussing using alcohol as a backup stove. https://youtu.be/wTbAVPdwzqQ. How to make one out of two soda cans.
And notice the title is most efficient alcohol stove.

You could spend days and days following up, learning and researching all these quandaries.
I for one am enjoying the sh*t out of this and am now looking for induction and convection items that'll fit on my 1982 36' boat as well as solar to keep it all going.
The links to quality equipment and further info are especially appreciated.

I particularly enjoyed this posting, and the trailing quotes as well

Re: Most efficient way to boil water on a boat

On a sunny day I prefer boiling water with my fresnel lens and a recycled aluminum can. Sunless days propane
