Hey Chris, sounds like things are beginning to look up for you... makes me smile a bit!

Good luck with the purchase. And we understand the advantage of a good relationship with the actual builder of one's yacht. Ours was built by an individual shipwright and his wife who built for themselves, cruised for 8 years and then life forced them to reluctantly sell their yacht/home. We have remained friends with them for the ensuing 17 years, and having access to their knowledge has been quite helpful at times.
