Newbie first time post

Hello everyone!

I have lurked around on these forums for a bit and now have registered. Greetings to all!

Our kids are grown and have left us totally unsupervised; hence, we just might do some sailing! Dreams never die.

I will probably have some absolutely stupid questions here and there. Will try to use the search funtion, but, well,.... you know sometimes it helps to chat about a topic anyway.

Best regards,

Steve

Welcome, Steve!

You'll find no end of pundits and soothsayers here, along with dreamers and kibbitzers.

And, you'll find no end of advice on just about any question asked. Some of it may even be good :-)

Sorry all the really stupid questions are already taken. No need to worry. I hope you can find some things that help you. If it''s an easy question we can send you to where the answer is else we may need to figure it out. Don't worry, it happens every day. Enjoy your vist and sail well.

Well the stupidest question in the history of the internet is still waiting to be topped. I have been doing lots of research but I am not anywhere near that level yet.

I'll just have to keep asking my usual, ordinary, kinda dumb questions...

Welcome aboard Steve!

WELCOME,

Maybe you should have the kids return? Leaving you unsupervised could be very dangerous. Things
